Timeframe for Exchanges & Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exclusions
We do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased on clearance sale. Clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Process for Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe at 21centurykids.pk@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for your request — we will aim to get back to you within 1 business day.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Method of Refund
Exchanges and returns will be processed in the form of store credit. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a voucher or code redeemable on our store. Store credit is valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the availability of the item.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. These include undergarments and any items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
